TOPIC: EFFECTS OF COMMUNITY SAVING GROUPS ON HOUSEHOLD INCOME AMONG WOMEN: A CASE STUDY OF THREE SELECTED PERI-URBAN AREAS IN LUSAKA DISTRICT

This study examined the impact of community saving groups on household income among women in Lusaka, Zambia. The results showed a significant positive relationship between participation in these groups and increased household income, improved financial management skills, and budgeting confidence. However, challenges such as communication barriers and financial literacy persisted, highlighting the need for targeted interventions to maximize benefits.
